New-build house in Streatham, South West London.

The triangular-shaped site, sandwiched between a busy road and a railway line, had orginally a single-storey shop which was demolished and a two-storey house.

We took on the project as the developer and built it out after purchasing the site from one of our clients after gaining planning consent for them. A very challenging site and build typical where our skills and experience allows us to see solutions and execute them effectively to ‘Code for sustainable homes’ level of energy effciency.
