Founded in 1990 by Ronald Crawford, who after training as an architect in Glasgow and London, gained experience working as a team leader in the architects department of an inner London borough running large housing projects.
The ethos of the practice was to use specialist associates, through a network of contacts built up over years of successfully working with others, to help deliver projects.
Stephen Crawford joined the practice in 2015 after working for several Sterling Prize winning architectural practices in London. Stephen benefitted from being projects architect for a number of high-profile and award-winning international projects including, Reading Station upgrade, bridges in New York State, Sydney Australia, and Copenhagen, as well as HS2.
